What does futch mean?

“Futch” is a slang term in the lesbian and sapphic community that’s used to describe someone who has both feminine and masculine traits. It’s a blend of the terms “femme” and “butch,” and it indicates that this person falls somewhere in the middle of the butch-femme spectrum. However, the person in question doesn’t need to be perfectly in the middle to identify as futch. Some futches lean slightly more toward the femme side, while others lean slightly more toward the masc side.
