Go to your User Page. Although you can click the “My Profile” drop-down in the top right corner and click “My User Page,” you can also click here to do so.

Click on Remove . Look for your User profile picture to the left of your username. Just under it are two buttons, where you'll need to act accordingly.

Agree to the removal. The message you'll need to look for reads as “Are you sure you want to permanently remove your user picture?” You'll need to click on “OK” to proceed.
