How to Play Lucky Blocks in Minecraft

Lucky Blocks is a popular Minecraft mod/minigame which add functionality to the game where there is an additional block called the Lucky Block. When a Lucky Block is broken it will spawn a completely random item, mob, explosion or pretty much anything can happen when you break a Lucky Block. Sometimes it will be good and sometimes bad! A Lucky Block looks like a regular block with a question mark on it.

    Proceed to click the "Multiplayer" option and hit the "Add Server" button. Once the screen appears, you can add the Server Address, which is mc.wubcraft.com in this case.

    When downloading the Lucky Blocks mod you need to make sure you are using the correct version of the mod so that it will work with your client version. (You do not need to worry about this if you use the public lucky blocks server.)

    In order to check your Minecraft version first launch the game and check the version number in the bottom right corner of the screen as shown.

    Can I download Lucky Blocks?

    Lucky Blocks does not come with the standard version of Minecraft. It is a mod for Minecraft, and needs to be downloaded and installed before you can play it. You'll need the Minecraft Forge mod launcher installed as well. Follow the steps above to accomplish this.

    I can't seem to be able to play the game, it keeps pausing at the "Lucky block mod" message.

    It could be because you have that mod on and it is taking up too much space. Or, it just wants to crash -- try to demod, then remod it.
