What am I doing wrong?DianeglassatticCommunity AnswerThe most probable cause is just using one of the lines of polymer clay that will be brittle after baking in any thin or projecting areas when later stressed (Sculpey III, Craftsmart/Bakeshop, regular Super Sculpey, and especially original plain Sculpey). Try Premo or one of the other (stronger) polymer clays instead. Other causes can be not joining parts well, underbaking, underconditioning, etc.
