What is the minimum application temperature?

Wiper use causes a cloudy haze on the window. This was after Rain X application. Do the wipers do that?

Clean the wiper with Rain X as well to prevent the haze. The Rain X with glass cleaner product does not have this issue, only the Rain X by itself causes the haze.
