That will bring fresh blood into your muscles, preparing your body for the match. In Thai boxing, we do a pre-fight sports massage with liniment oil to relax your muscles, as well.

QuestionHow do I increase speed and stamina?Community AnswerWake up early. One banana is fine for breakfast; don't overeat. Go on a bike ride, 2-4 miles is fine. When you get home, have some toast with fruits or vegetables, and then head out for a run. You don't have to run long, a mile or two should be good. Continue this routine for many days, but don't think that just because you worked hard in the morning, you can do nothing at night. Do 10 push-ups/sit-ups an hour. Stay active every now and then.

QuestionHow do I practice breathing focus?RayhanCommunity AnswerTry going for a run in the morning with your mouth guard on. This will improve your breathing and if you do boxing sparring, it will be much easier to breathe with the mouth guard on.
