If you no longer want or need your BeenVerified account, it’s easy to cancel it at any time. Simply log in to your account or call or email BeenVerified customer service. To cancel your Apple or Google subscription, go to your Settings or Google Play app. Keep reading to learn how to cancel your account or subscription, request a return, and opt out of searches about yourself on BeenVerified.

Canceling BeenVerified

To cancel your account, log into BeenVerified and click “Contact Us.” Then, select “Cancel My Account” from the drop-down. To cancel your subscription, open the Settings app on Apple devices or the Google Play app on Android devices. Select “Subscriptions,” choose BeenVerified, and tap “Cancel Subscription.”

    It may take BeenVerified several days to process your request. When your account is successfully closed, they will send you an email confirming your cancellation.
