If you need some really tedious work done, the Dremel tool is perfect because it gives you a plethora of different options for blades and attachments. You can use it for defined, detailed cuts. If you're doing some fine detailing, they have little wood bits you can use. It's also great for grout removal. They actually have a special attachment that has a grout bit.
