The answer is, “it’s complicated.” In 2017, Carrie Underwood had a pretty bad accident where she fell and hit her face. She needed reconstructive surgery (alongside 50 stitches), so in that sense, she has had plastic surgery, but it wasn't for elective procedures.
Underwood has never openly admitted that she has had elective plastic surgery, but if you compare photos of her from a few years ago to photos of her now, it does appear that she has had some work done. The leading theories are that she has had lip fillers, a nose job, and potentially some Botox, but again, none of this is confirmed. What do you think? Does she seem like she has had work done?
