Psychic healing is also known as “energy healing.” We are all made of energy, and I believe we can all manipulate energy to heal. For example, when a child gets hurt, they instinctively put their hand on the injury. That’s a natural form of energy healing. Also, women often put their hands on their belly when experiencing menstrual cramps—it gets warm and soothing. That’s energy healing, too. Energy healing doesn’t replace traditional medicine, but it can absolutely support the healing process.
There are formal methods of psychic healing, like Reiki or Ashati. These follow specific protocols and are more structured. Depending on the method, you can target mental, emotional, or physical healing. In Europe, especially France, there’s something called “magnetism,” which is used in hospitals for healing physical injuries like burns. Practitioners of magnetism can help reduce pain and accelerate recovery.

Psychic healing is going to be a skill where the psychic looks within someone's physical, mental, emotional, and energetic bodies.
So a psychic healer will look within those layers of someone's body to see if there are areas of imbalance, disease, etc. From my perspective, if something's working, we don't touch it, but the things that are out of balance should be rebalanced. The way that we do that depends on what the imbalance is. Sometimes that's just going in and doing some energy work – pulling something out, moving, putting something positive in instead.
Sometimes it can be something where I am identifying a specific area. People will come to me and say, “I'm really sick, I don't know what's wrong, the doctors can't tell me what's wrong, no one can figure it out.” I go in, and the body will show me what area to look at. Then, I go deeper into the body to see if I can identify what's out of whack. And based on what I either see or describe or hear or am told, I give that to the client.
What that could look like, for example: I'm feeling like there's some sort of rupture in the lower part of the stomach. I'm seeing the lining of the stomach, but it looks frayed, so I feel like there's a weakness in the lining of the stomach. Please tell your doctor about this and maybe investigate this area in more depth.
Not every psychic is a healer or does that work. It's particular to the individual and their own skill set. And if I can heal it myself, I'll go ahead and heal it.
