Who is the More Powerful Demigod: Percy or Jason?
Calling all Rick Riordan fans! Let's settle the great Percy vs. Jason debate once and for all.
In case you need a refresher, Perseus 'Percy' Jackson is protagonist of Percy Jackson and the Olympians . Percy is a Greek demigod and the son of Poseidon (the Greek god of the sea) and Sally Jackson. He was trained to fight by Chiron at Camp Half Blood. Percy can manipulate water and currents, can breathe underwater, has enhanced strength and senses when near water, and can communicate with sea animals. His primary weapon is the shape-shifting sword, Riptide.
Jason Grace is the protagonist in The Heroes of Olympus . Jason is a Roman demigod and the son of Jupiter (the Roman god of the sky and thunder) and Ms. Grace. He was trained to fight by Lupa at the Wolf House of Camp Jupiter. He can generate lightning and manipuate weather as well as air spirits. His weapons include the legendary sword, Gladius, as well as Ivlivs, a golden coin that turns to a sword on 'heads' and a javelin on 'tails.'

Okay Percy Jackson fought the God of War at age Twelve,found the lightning thief, traveled to the Underworld, constantly stalked by monsters when he was a kid,fought Medusa,Polymetheus,and not to mention a kindly one at age twelve/thirteen. Fought in two wars,can control any water,(like in the air and the ground),heal himself,among many other things. I won't mention his emotional maturity. By all things compared, Jason is the weaker one. He has been protected most of his life by New Rome and was in a position of power for awhile. His sword isn't as cool either.

Jason was protected most of his life but Percy has fought in multiple wars and even fought the literal GOD of wat at age 12 that is all you need to convince me

He fought the god of war at twelve, survived Tartarus, can control any water, fought Kronos, killed countless monsters, and survived the Underworld. Yeah, Jason has some power(lightning bolts once a day lol) but Percy has it ALL

This is such a tough debate! Percy’s control over water and enhanced abilities near it give him a huge advantage in aquatic environments. Jason, on the other hand, has powerful weather manipulation and lightning abilities, making him a strong opponent on land or in the air. Honestly, I think the winner would depend on the battlefield—near water, Percy likely takes it; in open land or sky, Jason might have the edge. What do you all think?
