If you ever need to get in touch with the customer support staff at Postmates, there are several ways you can reach them. How do I contact Postmates?

For customer service support, go to the Postmates Help page and select the order or topic that you need help with. If you need help with a recent order, for example, click on the order, then follow the prompts. Postmates should either resolve your issue or connect you with a chatbot or customer service representative.

    Click the menu icon in the top left corner of the Postmates website. From your main Postmates feed , click on the menu icon in the top left corner—this looks like three horizontal bars stacked on top of each other. Make sure you’re logged into your Postmates account before you continue through these steps! [1]

    Click on “Help” to navigate to the main customer service page. The menu will open on the left side of your screen. Click on the text that reads “Help” with a lifesaver icon next to it. You’ll be redirected to a new page where you can identify your specific issue.

    Click on or search for an order or topic you need help with. On this new page, you’ll see a few different ways to get help. At the top of the page, under “Having trouble? We’re here to help,” there’s a search bar where you can put in a query or question that you want answered. Underneath the search bar, you’ll see a grid of your most recent orders. If you need help with a specific order, click on the relevant order. If you don’t see it on the page, click “View all” to see all of your past Postmates orders. [2]
    • At the bottom of the page, you can view “All topics” that you may need help with. If you see one that applies to your issue, click on it to get help. The listed topics include:
      • Help with an order
      • Help with a Family or Teen order
      • Account and payments
      • Membership and loyalty
      • Delivery and pickup basics

    Follow the prompts on the new page to get the help you need. Depending on what you need help with, the site will prompt you to make different selections. In some cases, they may be able to resolve your problem without putting you in touch with an actual customer service representative. In other cases, they may start up a chat with you, provide a phone number for you to call, or give you a form to fill out with your issue. [3]
    • For example, if you need help with a recent order, you’ll most likely be put in a chat with a customer service agent after clicking on the order in your history. They’ll ask you what’s wrong with your order (i.e., it never arrived, contained the wrong items, etc.). From there, follow their prompts until your issue has been resolved.

  1. Open up the Postmates app on your smartphone or tablet. Look for the Postmates icon on your smartphone or tablet and tap on it to open the app. You need to be logged in to your account to navigate the app and send a message to customer support. [4]
    • If you’ve never used the app before, you can log in to it with your Postmates account information.

    Tap the “Account” icon in the bottom left, then “Help” from the menu. In the bottom left of your app’s screen, find the word “Account” under an icon that resembles a person’s silhouette (or a photo, if you’ve uploaded one). Tap on this icon to bring up your account information. Once you’re on your account page, look for a lifesaver icon with the word “Help” next to it. Tap on this text to navigate to the customer support portal.

    Select the topic or order you need help with and follow the prompts. On this new screen, you’ll see your most recent order as well as a list of topics that customers frequently need help with (e.g., “Account and payments,” “Delivery and pickup basics,” etc.). Click on the topic or order that you need help with. From there, you’ll be prompted to give more information about your problem. Depending on your answers, the Postmates app will connect you with a customer service agent or give you an opportunity to submit a question or complaint. [5]

Does Postmates have a customer service phone number?

  1. As of June 2025, Postmates does not list a customer service number. Before the company was bought out by Uber, you used to be able to call Postmates customer service at 1-888-815-7726. However, this number appears to have been discontinued. Other customers have reported that they’ve received help through the following phone numbers: (833)-956-0470, (800) 882-6106. [6]
    • Note that these numbers are not given out by the company , so be wary of scammers and be aware that you may not reach Postmates via this method.
    • If you do reach a legitimate customer service representative, the best way to get assistance is to calmly explain your issue in detail. The more information they have, the better they can help you.

Does Postmates have a customer service email?

  1. As of June 2025, Postmates does not advertise a customer service email. Prior to being purchased by Uber, Postmates offered support via their help@postmates.com email address. However, that email account no longer appears to be in service, and it hasn’t been replaced with an alternative. That being said, if you go through the prompted steps on Postmates’ Help page , you may be put in touch with a chatbot who can help resolve your issue.
    • Postmates also has a customer service account on X (formerly Twitter) that you can tweet at for live support: @Postmates_Help . While this account still exists, it seems to be inactive, since there have been no new posts since Postmates’ acquisition by Uber.
