I'm deathly afraid of spiders! My brother says I'm being overdramatic but I'm really really afraid of them. This quiz says it's likely I have a phobia and I think it's right. Do you have a phobia?

Ugh ugh ugh, I just moved into an older building recently and noticed a lot of those gross silverfish bugs crawling all over the place. Like, I know they're not going to hurt me or do anything, but I'm still getting an icky feeling knowing that they're in my home. I just want them gone as fast as possible so I don't have to deal with them anymore. Any tips to make my place silverfish-free for good?

I've been feeling lonely a lot lately. Sometimes I'll just be sitting at my desk on my laptop and out of nowhere I'll get hit with a sudden wave of loneliness. When it comes it completely overwhelms me and I can't bring myself to do anything except stare into the abyss. What do I do when I feel lonely all of a sudden?

I can't sleep. As I'm typing this it's almost 4 in the morning and I have been just staring at the ceiling (or my phone or the insides of my eyelids) for hours. This happens a lot, I can't sleep and then I waste the night just lying there trying to fall asleep and the next day I'm exhausted. What should I do?
