Conan Gray has not publicly labelled his sexual orientation, and he has stated that he doesn’t feel the need to do so. He has, however, been a vocal supporter of LGBTQ+ rights and featured LGBTQ+ relationships in his music and music videos.
For example, the video for his most recent single, “This Song,” follows a love story between two men (played by Gray and Corey Fogelmanis, from Netflix’s My Life with the Walter Boys ).
