Posture
* Stand with your legs shoulder-width apart
* Keep your core braced and your hips under you
* Lean forward slightly
Arms
* Keep your elbows at 90 degrees
* Swing your arms from your shoulders. The angle of your elbow shouldn’t change
* Keep your hands relaxed
* Your arms should move forward and back. You should not swing them to the side
* Each arm should be in sync with the opposite leg
Legs
* Bring your feet all the way to your butt
* Keep your shin in line with your thigh. Don’t let your feet kick to the side
* Pull your toes toward your shins every time you raise your foot
* Raise the kicking leg thigh to parallel during each stride
* Focus on front side mechanics. Your feet should contact your butt under your hips, not behind you
* Focus on moving your feet quickly instead of moving forward quickly
