All my life I've known that I'm different from the others. I'm glad this quiz could see that I'm an Alpha. But I know Alphas have a stereotype of being toxic. Any other Alphas out there? How do I be a good one?

I think being a non-toxic alpha male starts with understanding the difference between confidence and arrogance. Arrogance says I’m amazing and you’re not. Confidence says I’m amazing, and so are you. You can lead from security, not superiority.

My advice is to take responsibility for yourself and your actions. Respect and value other people’s differences, and know you have nothing to prove. The strongest men lead with integrity, empathy, and humility, not ego.

Being a good man is a must that must not be forgotten. Doing good things will give you + 1 good point. Doing bad will give you + bad points. You can be at 0 as long as you're working to become a better version of yourself.

You can be a non-toxic alpha male by embracing the elements of masculinity that make you a better person and uplift others, without taking things so far that they have negative consequences. For example, be courageous by facing your fears and standing up for others, but don't act recklessly. Be independent and assertive by confidently making your own decisions, but don't push others away and isolate yourself.
