Leg Swings
Stand with your palms against a wall. Keep your right leg straight and swing it across your left leg until you feel a stretch in your butt and right hamstring. Immediately swing your right leg the other direction so that your foot moves away from your left leg. You should feel a stretch in your inner leg. Repeat 10 times and switch to the other leg.
Flower Pickers
Jog three easy steps and plant your heel into the ground with your leg straight. Reach as close to the ground as you can. You should feel a stretch in the back of your leg. Jog three more steps and repeat on the other side. Repeat five times on each side.
Walking Lunge
Put your hands on your hips and take a big step forward. Touch your back knee to the ground and keep your trunk tall. You should feel a stretch through your back hip. Switch to the other side and perform 10 lunges on each side in total.
Mountain Climbers
Start in a push-up position and take a big step forward with your left foot so that your foot is next to your hand. Keep your back leg straight. You should feel a stretch in your back hip. Hold for three seconds and take another step forward with the opposite foot. Repeat five times on each side.
