QuestionHow do I get back out of my DR? Or does it just happen?AceCommunity AnswerUsually there's a specific word, phrase or action you say or do to return to your current reality/original reality (CR/OR). A fun one is "Snap back to reality" from Lose Yourself by Eminem, because it makes sense! And don't worry, you can also return if you have your full intention to, but you can also script that you can't forget your specific phrase/action or shift back accidentally. Happy shifting!

QuestionWhat is the best working method for a beginner?LinuxthebanditCommunity AnswerThere’s no specific method you can use as a beginner. All methods work differently for everyone; one method could make one person shift instantly, while it wouldn’t work at all with another. However, if you mean an easier method with less steps, I would recommend the Pillow Method, the Sunni Method, or the Intent Method. All of these have less steps and are easier for people newer to shifting.

QuestionI can't shift even though I've tried many methods. What do you recommend? Is there a method I could try?Michelle The SillyCommunity AnswerWhen I was a beginner, I faced the same problem. I recommend creating your own methods to have more options. Many people create methods for others to follow, so developing your own method can be beneficial. If you prefer not to create a new method, you could research the methods you've tried and see if there were any mistakes in your approach.

QuestionCan I permanently stay in my desired reality (DR)? If so, what happens to my current reality (CR), and what methods are commonly considered most effective?Masoom HaiderCommunity AnswerYes, you can permanently shift to your desired reality (DR), a practice known as permashifting. When you permashift, your consciousness moves to the DR, while your physical body in your current reality (CR) remains, often described as being asleep. Many find methods like the pillow method, combined with listening to binaural beats, to be effective. It is generally believed that you can return to your CR if you choose to.
-
QuestionIs it possible for me to return to the exact same moment in my desired reality (DR) after leaving it for a period, such as a day?Masoom HaiderCommunity AnswerFrom what is understood in this practice, time continues to pass in your desired reality even when you are not there. Therefore, you cannot simply return to the exact moment you left; time progresses as it normally would.

QuestionI have tried many of your shifting methods, but I struggle to visualize myself during the process. Do you have any suggestions for improving my self-visualization?Masoom HaiderCommunity AnswerWhen you are trying to shift, focus on a specific detail, such as your hair style. You might visualize its texture, length, or color. This can help you build a clearer overall image over time.

QuestionIf I choose to stay permanently in my Desired Reality, what happens to my body in my Current Reality?Masoom HaiderCommunity AnswerStaying in your Desired Reality (DR) forever is known as permashifting. Your body in your Current Reality (CR) is believed to remain motionless, in a state often described as 'asleep.' Some practitioners suggest leaving a note as a precaution, in case you decide to return to your CR and need to clarify your physical state.

If you are new to reality shifting, it is generally recommended to maintain a 1:1 time ratio, meaning one hour in your current reality (CR) equals one hour in your desired reality (DR).
