Download and install BlockSite . It's a free app that can be downloaded from the Google Play Store using the following steps:
- Open the Google Play Store' .
- Type BlockSite in the search bar.
- Tap the BlockSite app.

Open the BlockSite app. In your app drawer, it's the app icon of an orange-colored shield icon with a white "No" symbol in the center. If you just installed the app from the Play Store, tap the green "Open" button to launch the app instead.Advertisement

Tap Enable . It's the green button at the bottom of the app when you first open it. This will allow you to set permissions so that BlockSite can block websites on your web browsers.

Tap Got it . It's at the bottom of the popup screen. This is just telling you how to enable accessibility. This will open your Accessibility settings.

Tap BlockSite . It's at the bottom of the Accessibility settings menu under the "Service" header.

Tap the switchfrom OFF to ON. If the switch is grey, accessibility for BlockSite is off. If the switch is blue, accessibility is on. Turing it on will prompt a pop-up window.

Tap Ok . It's in the lower-right corner of the pop-up window. This will allow BlockSite to monitor the apps you are using and what windows you are interacting with so it can effectively block the sites you want to block. This will return you to the BlockSite app.
- You may be asked to enter your phone's PIN or scan your fingerprint before proceeding.

Tap. It's the green button with a plus "＋" sign in the bottom-right corner of the app.

Enter a website URL. Enter the main web address of the website you want to block. For example, if you want to block Facebook, you would type facebook.com .

Tap. It's the checkmark button in the upper-right corner. This will block all the web browsers on your phone from accessing the website you added to the blocked list. If you or anyone tries to access the site, you'll see a message saying the site has been blocked.
- To remove a website from the blocked list, open BlockSite and tap the trashcan iconnext to the website you want to remove.
- You can also tap the switch for "Block Adult Websites" to block all websites that contain adult content.
