Steps

Go to Operator in the multiplayer menu. Select Playercard.

Select one of the 32 empty spaces. Choose an emblem piece to fill the space.

Move the piece with RS. Rotate the piece with RT/R2.

Select the emblem color to change the color. Press start to switch to advanced coloring.

Press down on RS to switch to free-scale controls. Use RS in inverted controls to distort the shape of the emblem to fit whatever you need. Press down on RS to switch back to fixed-scale controls when you are done.

Press LB to change the shading of the emblem piece.

Press 'B/Circle' to exit from the piece. Move on to the next piece and continue.
