Apparently my crown chakra is blocked and now it makes sense why I feel so lost and uneasy when I think about my future. Is one of your chakras blocked?

I got root and it recommended walks in thd country which I love. Barefoot grounding would be useful I guess. Will try that abit on dome grass or paddling in the sea.

well butterfly, a chakra is a disk and can be anything like: water chakra, fire chakra, wind chakra, and earth chakra ( i am indian so i kn this 'cause it's indian stuff).
