- 1 cup (225g) sugar

Preheat the oven to 180ºC/350ºF. Prepare a muffin pan with nonstick spray or cupcake cases.

Transfer the batter to the muffin pan. Using a spoon or scoop, fill the muffin holes about two thirds each.
