You probably should not worry too much about it. It is a crime to destroy letters in possession of the Post Office, and most mail carriers are trustworthy. If you mean how to address him, then when you are writing a letter to the president, always start with Mr. President. You should really never use the president’s name ( for ex: Dear President Biden or Dear Joe Biden) because it would be disrespectful.
