It really depends on where you live. If you live somewhere dry like Colorado, you might have to apply lip balm several times a day. But if you live somewhere humid like Florida, you might go a couple of days in between applications. If you have to apply lip balm throughout the day continuously, that's a red flag. Your nighttime skin regimen is your body's chance to heal, so if you're overusing lip balm, it's a sign that your skincare regimen is lacking.
