There are most likely going to be public bathrooms (or port-a-potties) wherever the concert is, especially at stadiums and arenas. It's always best to get there early and use the toilet before the concert starts, and of course you'll miss some of it if you go to the bathroom in the middle of the concert, but it'll only be a small fraction of the concert.

I would say yes. Make sure you get their permission first. Setting up a code word for bad situations is really good. If there is something weird going on and your code word is "laundry," call your parents and ask, "When am I supposed to do the laundry?" and they'll know that you need to be picked up immediately. Also, give your caretaker a call sometime before and after the concert to let them know you're okay. At the concert, just stay away from mosh pits, or anyone dancing aggressively. If things look like they're getting out of hand, leave right away and get to safe place. Don't leave your drink unattended.
