Performing in front of many people can be scary, but it can also be rewarding. Having a different mindset while twirling can help you stay calm. Identify what makes you so nervous and try to handle the problem. If it's something like stage freight, then know that the objective of the show is not just to have a successful run through but also if the audience got the message you were trying to give out. Calming your nerves can be tricky. Try out different things, and find what works or you.
