If you feel self-conscious wearing just swim trunks, consider getting a sun shirt specially designed for swimming. You wear your swim trunks and the sun shirt goes on just like a normal t-shirt. It keeps you covered and protects you from the sun.

    Community Answer
Pinch your nose with your thumb and first finger and close your mouth; then go under. You can also get a nose clip to keep the water out when you close your mouth. When you get comfortable doing that, try blowing bubbles holding your nose. Then try blowing bubbles without holding your nose. Keep blowing bubbles until you take your face out of the water.
