No. Officers have a much more limited role on the “A,” “B,” and “C” Teams. Being an Officer is usually more limited in the field teams than is a Non Commissioned Officer (“NCO”). If you desire to serve more time in the field environment on an “A” Team, being an Officer limits the amount of time you are allowed to serve on the Teams.
