an Iphone 6 s and when I hit the 'More" button it does not give me the virtual background prompt. How do I fix this?

I tried to use a video as a virtual background on Zoom but it doesn’t “see” any videos. It’s a 6th generation iPad with 13.5 OS. Is this option not available for the iPad?

Do i have to have a green screen to do this?
