    No, deleting all restore points will only stop the ability to go back to a previous point in your computer. To clear all your history, you could reset your computer or go into the event viewer on your Windows computer (by holding down WinKey+R and then typing "eventvwr" and hitting Enter), then select "Clear all logs."
