    Check to make sure you are entering your email and password correctly, using the correct spelling, symbols, and lower/uppercase letters if any. If you don't remember your password or it isn't working, you can click on the "Forgot password" option on the sign-in screen, there it'll show you instructions on how to recover your account depending on if you have a backup email or phone number attached to your account. Additionally, Google may simply be offline, or you could have local internet issues.
