In my experience, eyebrow tint fads away in roughly four weeks. It may be a little longer or shorter depending on the shade you went, but it won't take too long.

It depends on how dark is too dark for you, but you could just wait it out. Eyebrow tints fade over time, so if it's too dark now, it may not be too dark next week.

I'd use a face wash to shampoo your eyebrows. That will pull the tint down a few shades fairly quickly. You may need to give it a few washes, though.
  • Question
I bought an eyebrow tint kit in the pharmacy. When I tinted them it looked lovely, but the next day they kept developing. Now they are so dark, how do I make them lighter?
    Community Answer
If they are way too dark for your liking, it would be best to just remove them. It is way too much work to try to customize their color afterwards. Next time, check to see if the shade is correct, and if you applied the right amount. If you are sure you followed the directions, buy a different tint.
