I relaxed my natural hair after 1 year with Affirm Mild Conditioning Relaxer. I put henna in my hair a week later, and retouched a few weeks later. Now it's breaking. Any advice?

Apply olive oil for dry and dehydrated hair. I also use virgin coconut oil after washing, and wash my hair with less shampoo. My hairstylist's advice was to invest in a good hairbrush.
