I have experienced spiritual sightings as a kid both physically, in dreams, and in visions. I recently saw a lady in my home and had a medium describe her to a tee, so how do i embrace these abilities?

In order to embrace these abilities, you need to be content with yourself. Start by reading books and different articles about the supernatural, try to perform meditation for at least 10 minutes a day. Try to be calm and contented with yourself and the universe. We psychics try our best to use our ability. Also read about different religions and traditions that involve the spirit world. Try to do astral projection but first start with deep meditation and remember this is a lifelong journey and one day you will become a great psychic.
