All URLs are CaSe SeNsiTive. It is best when naming a webpage to use all lowercase letters and to use a hyphen or line for a space, rather than leaving a blank space between words. However, each author / creator can write their webpages however they want. And the end can be htm, html, php, pdf, and so on.
