    Expert Answer
Do a good double cleanse. Apply toner. Maybe use lactic acid to plump it up a little. Give yourself a good massage with a mask. Do a creamy mask with upward strokes. Work on the drainage around the eyes to get the puffiness down. If you have a jade stone, you can work with those around the eyes too. A massage with a mask is going to give a glow, hydration, and will get the circulation going.
  • Question
How often can I use this?
    Community Answer
Personally, I would use this once or twice a week. It really depends on your skin type.
  • Question
Can I just put it in water?
    Katalina Shapiro
    Community Answer
Yes, but it won't give your skin the nutrients it needs to get that dewy look. You can try to rose water or some type of aloe solution.
  • Question
Can you just put something like soap in?
    Community Answer
Not really, as the mask will not be able to absorb it as easily as water/liquid cleanser does.
  • Question
In step 3, what does it mean by clay? Like, a clay-based product over the mask? Or literally clay?
    Community Answer
You can use a clay mask such as a commercial brand clay face mask. Be aware that art or construction clay isn’t appropriate for beauty purposes.
  • Question
What are the benefits of compressed facial masks?
    Community Answer
They bring fast effects in regards to enhancing the skin. The serum is filled with various vitamins and minerals, and won't dry out the skin compared to the paste-type face mask. The sheet on your face helps the serum to soak in your skin a little longer.
