Hm. I used to identify as Aro/Ace (Double-Demi now, so still on the arospec) and I do know someone who had a crush on me when I did, so I guess I can try and give you two tips:<br />1. If you confess to them, make sure to preface it by actively respecting their identity. Some aro/ace people (my former self included) are very prideful about their identity and (especially right after a confession) might view it, at least partially, as an act against their identity. Maybe say something along the lines of, "I know you're Aro/Ace, and after what I'm abobut to say, I still want to be friends..."<br />2. You probably should confess to them, even if there is a very, very high chance they will friend-zone you, (unless they use aro/ace as shorthand for cupio/demiromantic, or another type of aro person who still enjoys relationships) feelings cannot be unfelt. I've seen first hand how these silent crushes tear even the best friendships apart. I'm sure if you were respectful, they would understand.
