1. For users that violate the English Language Policy .
   • I wanted to tell you that your edits to {{howto|Insert article title here}} were against wikiHow's [[Choose Which English to Use on wikiHow|English Language Policy]]. Don't worry! I just wanted to inform you. You can't change the style of English of an article unless the majority of an article is written in a specific type of English. 1. For when an inuse tag is removed.
   • Hi, I wanted to let you know that I removed your {{temp|inuse}} tag from {{howto|(insert article title here)}} because you didn't respond to a previous notification regarding the {{temp|inuse}} tag on it.<br><br>

1. For when someone adds a space in a category or image tag:
   • Hello, I wanted to let you know that Category and Image tags (the things that look like <nowiki>[[Category:CATEGORY NAME]] and [[Image:IMAGE NAME|center]]</nowiki>) don't need a space in them after the colon. It can actually cause the article to be removed from that category, or the image to not display, because the software is very picky about spaces in category and image tags. Don't worry, I've gone through and fixed them, I just wanted to let you know for future reference. If hope this makes sense, and if you have any questions, feel free to ask me, or the [[Help Team]].

2. Or replace the second part of the first sentence and the second sentence with these for different violations:
   • because the messages are being obscured by your page design. Could you please change your design so that the messages are not obscured.
   • because your boarder size excess 1.5em, or it is not being measured in em. This can result in difficulty when viewing a talk page on a mobile device. Could you please reduce the size of your boarder, or change the border width to use em instead of px?
   • because your floating message is obscuring your messages. Could you please reduce the width of your message, or use the {{temp|Floating Message}} template?
   • because your font is not a regular font. Fancy fonts are not allowed since they are hard to read. Could you please change your font to an easier to read font? The default font is good for this.
   • because you have a rapidly flashing GIF. Rapidly flashing GIFs are not allowed.

1. For when someone messages a user who has been reported to the ANB:
   
   
   • Hello, thanks for helping out with coaching users. But I wanted to let you know that [user] has been reported to the ANB for [reason]. When a user is reported to the ANB, then it's best not to interact with them at all. I understand that you probably did not know, so I just wanted to inform you. I hope that this makes sense. :)
