Spicy Cayenne Shrimp Stir Fry
Ingredients:
* 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
* 1/2 teaspoon paprika
* 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
* Salt and pepper to taste
* Vegetables of your choice (such as bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas)
* Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the shrimp with the spices.
Heat a skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add the shrimp mixture.
Stir-fry the shrimp for about 4-5 minutes until they are cooked through and lightly browned.
Add your choice of vegetables to the skillet and continue stir-frying for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Adjust the seasoning if needed.
