This smoothie is chock-full of healthy fats for a sweet, satisfying breakfast or snack. For this recipe it’s recommended you use a frozen banana, though if all you have is fresh, you can add ½ cup of ice instead.
Ingredients:
* 5 oz. coconut milk (about ⅓ can)
* ¾ cup pineapple chunks
* ½ ripe avocado
* 1 banana (frozen and chunked)
* ½ tsp. vanilla extract
* 1 Tbsp. flaxseed
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add a little more liquid if smoothie is too thick.
