* Adjust your chair so that your feet are flat on the floor and your thighs are parallel to the floor.
* Sit with your hips at the back of the chair.
* Adjust the armrests so that your shoulders relax when your arms rest.
* If your chair is too high, use a foot stool.
* Place your monitor in front of you about an arm’s length away.
* The top of your screen should be about at eye level or a few inches above.
* Make sure your desk is high enough that your knees fit underneath.
* Take a stretch break every 20-30 minutes.
* Close your computer during lunch or snack breaks.
* Alternate the hand that you use the mouse with.
* Keep your wrists straight in respect to your forearms.
* Keep your monitor directly over your keyboard.
