40-yard Sprints
Sprint for forty yards as fast as you can and walk back to the starting line. Take a three-minute break and repeat again.
Agility Lateral Ladder Drill
Tap your left foot and then your right foot to the left of the first section of the ladder. Tap your right foot and then left foot to the right of the second section of the ladder. Repeat the pattern until you get to the end of the ladder.
Wind Sprints
Stand on the baseline of a soccer field. Sprint to the first line on the field, touch the line, and run back to the baseline. Run to the second line on the field and run back to the baseline. Repeat the pattern for the length of the field.
Wall Sit
Get into a squat position with your lower back flat against a wall and your thighs parallel to the ground. Hold this position for as long as you can.
Sit Ups
Lie on your back with knees bent at 90 degrees and your feet flat on the floor. Have a partner hold your feet or put a weight plate on your feet. With your hands behind your head, crunch your elbows to your knees and return to the starting position.
