Sandwich Wrap Recipe
Ingredients:
* Whole wheat or regular flour tortillas
* Protein of your choice (turkey, ham, chicken, roast beef, tofu, etc.)
* Vegetables of your choice (lettuce, spinach, kale, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, cucumbers, etc.)
* Cheese of your choice (cheddar, Swiss, mozzarella, etc.)
* Spreads of your choice (mayonnaise, mustard, hummus, pesto, etc.)
Optional ingredients:
* Avocado or guacamole
* Bacon
* Olives
* Pickles
* Hot sauce
* Ranch dressing
Instructions:
Lay the tortilla on a flat surface.
Spread your desired spread on the tortilla, leaving about 1 inch of space around the edges.
Add your desired protein and vegetables in the center of the tortilla.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
If you're adding any optional ingredients, add them on top of the cheese.
Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards and then roll it up tightly, making sure all the ingredients are secure inside.
Cut the wrap in half diagonally and serve.
