  1. Phil's website to find the general contact form. On Dr. Phil's homepage, you'll see a header titled "Be on the Show" ( https://www.drphil.com/be-on-the-show/ ). Select any of the dropdown links to get to an online contact form. [1]
    • If you want to share your story about a specific topic, just scroll down on the "Be on the show" page until you see your topic. This takes you to the same contact form, but it has a unique link so it gets to Dr. Phil's program team.
  2. You can use the form to ask a question, share your story, offer a suggestion, or just let Dr. Phil know what you think! If you can't submit the form online, you can text it to 88500. To complete the form, give:
    • Your name, birth date, and email address
    • Phone number and address
    • Your story, comment, or question (limited to 2500 words)

  3. If you're hoping to be a guest, click the option to appear on the show. You'll find this on the form below the box where you can share your story or comment.
    • Keep in mind that even if you don't want to appear on the show, the producers can use your comment or story since you've given consent by submitting the form.
  4. Phil a letter if you don't want to interact online. If you'd rather write or type a letter, that's completely fine! Just don't send Dr. Phil original photos, legal documents, medical documents, manuscripts, or personal items since they won't return them. When you're ready to mail your letter, address it to: [2]
