If you've managed to wash your jeans but forgot to transfer them to the dryer, and you need them right now , there is a quick fix that will take about 15 minutes of your time, using an iron.
Steps
-
Take jeans out of washer.
-
Wring out any extra water. This method only works if the jeans aren't soaking wet. [1] X Research sourceAdvertisement
-
Take a towel, fold it so that it will fit into the leg of your jeans and place it in the leg.
-
Turn your iron on the highest heat setting suitable for the jeans. Start to iron. [2] X Research source
-
Hold and move the iron around a lot. Keep pressing until your jeans brighten up to their normal color. [3] X Research source
-
Repeat on the other leg. Continue until the jeans are dry enough to wear; any residual dampness will dry off during wearing, provided it's a warm enough day.
