QuestionHow do I enter a receipt for online purchases?Community AnswerReceipts for online purchases are stored on Walmart.com itself and can't be entered into the program.
-
QuestionThe TC# has letters, but I'm unable to enter letters in the TC field. How do I enter them?ChristopherTop AnswererWalmart's receipts never have letters in them. Sometimes, numbers appear to be letters, such as the letter "O" could be the number 0, as well as the "S" and 3, and a few others.

QuestionThe bottom of my receipt was torn off, so I don't have that number. Is there another way?AlexandriaCommunity AnswerYes! Walmart has an online "Find Store Receipts" tool on their website that allows you to get a copy of your receipt. You'll need to provide your store's zip code, purchase date, total receipt amount, card type you used, and last 4 digits of the card number you used. That should give you the bottom part of the receipt.

Tips
- If the Savings Catcher finds lower prices, you'll be given the information that can lead you to a coupon which can be used at any Walmart store or at the Walmart online site. Thanks
- The Savings Catcher uses a wealth of major stores including stores that may not even be in your area. Not all the stores listed could be in your area. Check to find local stores when using the app. Thanks
- Have a printer available to print out the coupons. You'll need to present the coupon to a WalMart employee to receive the money or to receive a e-Gift card. Thanks

Warnings
- For the receipts to be processed through the Savings Catcher, the Walmart online site says that it could take 72 hours from entry for the receipt to be processed. Be patient! It could also take up to 24 from the time you request your coupon to the time the coupon is officially sent to you. (The coupons at the register act as Shopping cards, so be prepared to receive the paper back). Thanks
- Realize that few Walmart register clerks know how to ring them up, but the cashier instructions are on the emailed page containing the coupon barcode. They may end up requesting help, but it's there in black and white what they should do.Thanks
- Although Walmart's Savings Catcher is good at finding lower prices than theirs, if all the products on your list tend to be just Walmart-brand (Great Value) items, there's no point, as no other stores will carry their brands. They don't compare their prices to their sister store, Sam's Club. Thanks
- You can't enter any more than 7 receipts per week, no matter if you entered part of them by their smartphone apps and part by PC, they won't allow you to enter more than 7. Their weeks start on a Monday and end on the following Sunday [1] X Research sourceThanks
