How do you compliment a Virgo man?

My Virgo man always holds himself to a really high standard. When I compliment him on something that he worked hard for, I can tell that makes him feel good about himself. Like I know he's been sticking to a workout routine, so I complimented him on his physique and his dedication to waking up early to go to the gym regularly!

Whenever I tell my Virgo boyfriend that he's a grounding presence for me, he seems really touched by it. I think he likes being characterized as stable and dependable, so he appreciates it when I recognize him for it.

I am a Virgo, but I don't fit the typical Virgo stereotype. I appreciate partners who genuinely care about me, but I dislike extreme public displays of affection. I prefer romantic gestures that are heartfelt without being flashy. It's important to me that my partner is emotionally available, enjoys going to the movies with me, and offers compliments from time to time, as I can be a bit insecure. I am romantic, but I express it in a practical and thoughtful way.

Virgo men are very clean, neat, intelligent, and detail-oriented, and they value these qualities in other people too, so if you want to give a Virgo guy a compliment he'll appreciate, tell him he's clean, brilliant, interesting, and remember details about him or notice things about him, like, "That's a new shirt, isn't it?" or "Did you get a haircut? Looks sharp!"

I'm scatterbrained, so I'm always telling my Virgo husband how much I appreciate his knack for organization and attention to details. I'm so grateful that he's a planner because I'd have such a hard time keeping track of it all! He likes it when I compliment him on his organization skills and thank him for the things that he takes care of.

I don't think Virgo men are much different from other men. They like it when you compliment them sincerely on things you appreciate about them, whether that be something about his looks (like his smile or eyes), about his character (kindness, work ethic), or about how he makes you feel/something he did for you (like "you make me feel safe" or "I really appreciate that you XYZ")
