I have a fake friend!!

I got "They're definitely not a real friend." How do I keep ending up with fake friends?

My friend is totally real! We've been friends for 32 years!

My friends are fake. I have this one girl who”s my friend, and she literally starts rumours about me, bullies me, and has send me into 8 or more severe panic or anxiety attacks.

I've been besties with my friend for almost SIX years. But recently, she's been giving me the cold shoulder when I flash a warm smile. She pretty much avoids me, and even MAKES UP EXCUSES to NOT BE WITH ME. ugghhh. What should I do?
