What are water signs like?

I am getting more and more into astrology and I've realized I have a lot of Pisces, Scorpio, and Cancers in my life and I would love to know what other people think about water signs (apparently I like them a lot!)? What's your perception of them? Do you have a favorite water sign? Any insight is helpful, I'm just curious :)

The water signs, in general, tend to be emotional and to attach more to others. Scorpio definitely takes the prize on that; Pisces tends to run away from jealousy but Scorpio will act on it and be very aggressive and possessive. Pisces is a very fluid sign. It's a very compassionate sign. They’re sensitive and flexible. Cancer is the cardinal sign of the water elements, and the cardinal signs are pushy. They like to move forward. So, cancers are pushy about emotional matters. The most strong-willed signs would be the fixed signs, and the fixed water sign is Scorpio. Scorpios are very willful, they crave power and passion. Scorpio is a sign of obsession and of sexualities.

I love water signs! I feel like they are so empathetic, compassionate, and understanding. People often paint water signs as too emotional but I don't think it's a bad thing to be in touch with your emotions and the emotions of others! I always feel so safe and valued when I interact with water signs. My best friend is a water sign and my partner is too. I'm always so impressed by how accurately they're able to read me and understand me. I appreciate their sensitivity and emotional depth.

Call me mean or whatever but I don't really like water signs. I just personally haven't had the best experiences with them. My ex was a Pisces and he was just soo emotional about everything. It was hard to have any real conversations with him because he'd focus on how he was feeling instead of what the matter at hand was. And because he was so sensitive, I had to constantly be reassuring him and giving him emotional energy for him to feel secure in our relationship. It was tiring.

I am a fire sign (Leo) and my mom is a water sign (Cancer). We clash often and she is a very emotional person, which can be overwhelming. However, they love deeply, are in tune with their own emotions and want to understand the emotions of those around them in return.
