I just bought a new TracFone - how can I keep my old number from my old TracFone?

Whoever sets up the TracFone, such as if you purchased the phone at WalMart, they should be able to help you transfer the number. Don't close out your old phone line with that number before transferring. Depending on the phone, you might be able to just transfer the SIM card.

Depending on your phone model, you need to download the TracFone app, then you'll be able to see that info. On the old phones, like an original TracFone, it was just there on the screen, but with the newer ones you have to download the app. You can also check your balance on TracFone's website or text "balance" to 611611.
